BASIC INFORMATION

5. Wherever data processing requires the involvement of external suppliers, I guarantee that I consciously select entities with whom I cooperate to ensure an appropriate security standard of the data provided.

My business is located in the UK, but I ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with the requirements and standards of the EU, mainly thanks to the selection of service providers who have their servers in the EU, which obliges them to comply with the local regulations on personal data.

7. I try to collect as little personal data as possible. In order to carry out the coaching process, their minimum amount is required, and the coaching itself guarantees full confidentiality. You are informed at every step about it.

APPLICABLE RULES

1. Using my website, Facebook fanpage, Instagram and LinkedIn profile is voluntary. Nobody is in any way forced to provide personal data. However, if you do not provide certain information, you may not be able to perform the service and achieve a specific purpose, such as contacting you via e-mail or subscribing to the newsletter.

2. This website uses cookies for its proper operation. The following section describes exactly how cookies work and what this means for you.

3. I use analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, which collect anonymous information about visits to my website, for example time spent on the website or tabs visited.

2. I assure you that my personal data is processed with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.

3. Already at this stage, I need to inform you that not all rights will be absolute and in relation to all activities related to the processing of personal data. This is not due to my ill will, but from the nature of the law.

OPEN PERSONAL DATA

By entering a comment, opinion, etc. on websites belonging to Anna Jakubowska Career Coach, you provide your personal data, which is available to all visitors to pages containing this data. I cannot protect users against private persons or companies that will use this data to send undefined information. Therefore, I inform you that these data are not subject to the “Privacy Policy”.

I collect information you send me through various channels of communications such as: website forms, social media pages, email.

If you request to receive information or contact me by signing up through my website forms you will be required to provide information such as your name and email.

If you purchase a service from me, I request certain personal information from you. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, address) and financial information (such as bank account number). I use this information for billing purposes, to fill your orders and to keep records of such transactions.

I do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, criminal convictions and offences, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, I may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, I may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

What I may need from you

I try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take  longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, I will notify you and keep you updated.

2. However, I can assure you that I carefully select the entities with whom I cooperate or the services I use and I am always guided by ensuring adequate data protection.

3. Due to the use of Google or Facebook services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) and Canada. However, I would like to inform you that these entities guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations.

  • YouTube by Google LLC – embedding audiovisual materials on my website, fanpage and LinkedIn profile;
  • cPanel, L.L.C. – e-mail service;
  • Technical support – in order to obtain technical support in the field of website maintenance, server maintenance, e-mail;
  • MailerLite – in order to send e-mail correspondence (newsletter) to people who previously subscribed to the e-mail list.

c) As part of my business, social media plugins have also been embedded on the website. The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers are described in the privacy policies indicated below:

NEWSLETTER

1. I consciously select the service providers I use to ensure the highest level of protection of your data.

2. The provider of the newsletter service is MailerLite, UAB “MailerLite”, Jono Basanavičiaus g. 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania.

3. MailerLite is registered in Lithuania and has its seat there as well (Vilnius). Your data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Union for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

4. Your data, i.e. your name and your e-mail address provided in the newsletter subscription form, will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

5. The data provided by you in the newsletter subscription form are provided voluntarily, but their provision is necessary to send you a newsletter based on your consent and to send you information about marketing your own products or services on the basis of our legitimate interest as the administrator. (i.e. Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) and pursuing any claims related to the sending of the newsletter.

6. I guarantee that your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter or until you object.

7. The mechanism of unsubscribing from the newsletter service consists in clicking on the active link with the information “I unsubscribe from the newsletter”.

8. After you exercise this right and unsubscribe from the newsletter, your data regarding the subscription to the newsletter service will be kept for the period necessary to defend against potential claims and this is my legitimate interest as the data controller.

9. Personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter can be transferred to the following entities: a website that provides IT system maintenance and hosting services, email service providers, newsletter service provider.

10. Your data provided in connection with the sending of the newsletter will not be transferred to third countries.

11. As in any case when I process your data, you have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it, the right to rectify, delete, limit its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

12. Remember, however, that if you withdraw your consent to data processing, this fact will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing that I made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

13. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, as soon as you believe that the processing of your data violates the law. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.

PLUGINS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS

1. The website you are using contains plugins for the following social networking sites:

a) Facebook,

b) Instagram,

c) LinkedIn.

2. Using the plugin, you can directly connect to my profile on the indicated websites. The websites can then obtain information that you are visiting my website from your IP address.

3. I would like to inform you that if you visit my website while being logged in to your social profiles, then information about your visit will be registered on these social networks. Even if you are not logged in, social networking sites are able to obtain information about your IP address.

4. I would like to emphasize that I do not have any information from social media platforms about the collected data and the way it is used. In order to obtain additional information on privacy on social networks, I suggest contacting the websites directly and reading their Privacy Policies, which are linked in this document.

5. If you do not want social networking sites to obtain information about your visits to this website, I recommend that you log out of social networking sites first.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS SERVICE

1. This website uses Google Analytics. It is a service that analyzes Internet services and activities.

FACEBOOK PIXEL

1. Facebook Pixel is a piece of code placed on a website that acts as an analysis tool. It allows you to create Facebook ads for people who visited my website.

2. Information collected from you through the use of Facebook Pixel is anonymous. Nevertheless, they may be combined with other information about you collected as part of the social platform, which is Facebook.

3. I use this tool on my website. This is justified by my legitimate interest in the form of marketing my own products or services as the administrator.

4. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there. Facebook Inc. however, ensures an adequate level of personal data protection, as required by the provisions of European law.

SHARING MATERIALS FROM YOUTUBE

1. On my website I post audiovisual materials from YouTube websites. For this purpose, Google LLC cookies are used.

2. Cookies are generated automatically when playing audiovisual materials from the above-mentioned websites.

3. If you do not agree to it, please do not play the video material.
