My business is located in the UK, but I ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with the requirements and standards of the EU, mainly thanks to the selection of service providers who have their servers in the EU, which obliges them to comply with the local regulations on personal data.
7. I try to collect as little personal data as possible. In order to carry out the coaching process, their minimum amount is required, and the coaching itself guarantees full confidentiality. You are informed at every step about it.
APPLICABLE RULES
1. Using my website, Facebook fanpage, Instagram and LinkedIn profile is voluntary. Nobody is in any way forced to provide personal data. However, if you do not provide certain information, you may not be able to perform the service and achieve a specific purpose, such as contacting you via e-mail or subscribing to the newsletter.

NEWSLETTER
1. I consciously select the service providers I use to ensure the highest level of protection of your data.
2. The provider of the newsletter service is MailerLite, UAB “MailerLite”, Jono Basanavičiaus g. 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania.
3. MailerLite is registered in Lithuania and has its seat there as well (Vilnius). Your data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Union for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
4. Your data, i.e. your name and your e-mail address provided in the newsletter subscription form, will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
5. The data provided by you in the newsletter subscription form are provided voluntarily, but their provision is necessary to send you a newsletter based on your consent and to send you information about marketing your own products or services on the basis of our legitimate interest as the administrator. (i.e. Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) and pursuing any claims related to the sending of the newsletter.
6. I guarantee that your data will be processed until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter or until you object.
7. The mechanism of unsubscribing from the newsletter service consists in clicking on the active link with the information “I unsubscribe from the newsletter”.
8. After you exercise this right and unsubscribe from the newsletter, your data regarding the subscription to the newsletter service will be kept for the period necessary to defend against potential claims and this is my legitimate interest as the data controller.
9. Personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter can be transferred to the following entities: a website that provides IT system maintenance and hosting services, email service providers, newsletter service provider.
10. Your data provided in connection with the sending of the newsletter will not be transferred to third countries.
11. As in any case when I process your data, you have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it, the right to rectify, delete, limit its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

PLUGINS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS
1. The website you are using contains plugins for the following social networking sites:

2. Using the plugin, you can directly connect to my profile on the indicated websites. The websites can then obtain information that you are visiting my website from your IP address.

4. I would like to emphasize that I do not have any information from social media platforms about the collected data and the way it is used. FACEBOOK PIXEL
1. Facebook Pixel is a piece of code placed on a website that acts as an analysis tool. It allows you to create Facebook ads for people who visited my website.
2. Information collected from you through the use of Facebook Pixel is anonymous. Nevertheless, they may be combined with other information about you collected as part of the social platform, which is Facebook.
3. I use this tool on my website. This is justified by my legitimate interest in the form of marketing my own products or services as the administrator.
4. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there. Facebook Inc. however, ensures an adequate level of personal data protection, as required by the provisions of European law.
SHARING MATERIALS FROM YOUTUBE
1. On my website I post audiovisual materials from YouTube websites. For this purpose, Google LLC cookies are used.
2. Cookies are generated automatically when playing audiovisual materials from the above-mentioned websites.
3. If you do not agree to it, please do not play the video material.
